Exercise Corporate Fitness Sessions Include
Relax, rejuvenate and restore your body with our morning or evening yoga sessions. Designed to lengthen and balance the body, followed by a final meditation to release the mind and ensure you are ready for what the day will bring. Our experienced instructors will ensure all levels of capabilities are catered for from beginners to advanced.
Run time 30mins – 3 hours. This event is complimented by an outdoor BBQ lunch and drinks.
Bring clarity and peace to your mind with our meditation practice. When the mind becomes quiet, it is normal to feel emotions such as anger and frustration move to surface. Learn to release, let go and watch as these emotions enter the mind and then pass through. These sessions are ideal for the busy executive or someone who needs to be present with themselves and to slow down.
Run time: 30 – 60 mins
Our fusion class is a variety of Yoga techniques, pilates exercises and meditation practices. This is a great all round class that leaves delegates with a sense of well-being in the body and mind.

Functional Exercise Session:
Functional and safe exercises are instructed in this fun but challenging morning or afternoon session. Suitable for all levels of fitness, the session is set to educate, challenge and inspire delegates to incorporate regular exercise into their daily lifestyle. They will leave satisfied, energised and ready for the conference or work day. This session is suitable for all levels of fitness and capabilities and is lead by motivating and experienced instructors. Run time: 60 – 120 mins
